Nexeo is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Control Specialist with advanced proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office to join a reputable business in American Fork, UT ! In this role, you will manage and maintain critical documents, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with company standards. Your expertise in document management and organizational skills will be key to seamless document control and accessibility. Responsibilities

• Document Management: Maintain both physical and electronic documents, ensuring secure and efficient organization and accessibility.

• Quality Control: Review and edit documents for accuracy, consistency and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

• Version Control: Manage document versions to ensure the most current documents are used, and archive outdated versions accordingly.

• Document Distribution: Distribute documents to the relevant teams, ensuring timely access to essential information.

• File Organization: Implement and maintain logical file naming conventions and folder structures to optimize document storage and retrieval.

Qualifications

• Adobe Acrobat Expertise: Proficient in creating, editing, and securing PDF’s, and applying digital signatures.

• Advanced Microsoft Office Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for creating, formatting, and managing a variety of documents and presentations.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to thoroughly review documents to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.

• Expertise in Document Management Systems (EDMS): Familiarity with electronic document management systems and version control processes.

• Organizational Skills: Capable of prioritizing and managing large volumes of documents efficiently.

Pay

$20 Per Hour

Schedule

Day Shift 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday – Friday
