On-site Paducah, KY, US

Marcom is currently seeking an onsite Document Control Design Specialist.

Overview

  • Provide technical and/or functional support to the Document Control team
  • Manage Controlled Document database
  • Responsible for electronic process for organizing, collecting, indexing and storage of project documents
  • Design, develop, test, implement and maintain automated performance document development process that integrates with the Document Control program
  • Recommend modifications to existing procedures, systems and methods of operation
  • Implement Software Quality Assurance (SQA) and Electronic Information Systems (EIS) requirements for the document management systems and ensure SQA and EIS documentation is evaluated and revised as needed
  • Assigned job duties may support Document Control functional areas such as tracking, data entry, document distribution, coordination with other work groups, document location, and reporting
  • Analyze, evaluate and implement procedures to achieve information management objectives
  • Interface with document authors/owners

Minimum Qualification Requirements (Education/Experience):

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must be able to obtain a clearance (if requested)
  • Hybrid schedule (available)
  • BA/BS degree in a related field and 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Typical experience ranges from 3 - 6 years
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office software, Microsoft SharePoint platform and Adobe Acrobat Pro; database management experience preferred
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a proficient manner
  • Ability to function in a fast-pasted environment

Travel Guidelines:

Paid Travel expenses and per diem are available in accordance with the Federal Travel Regulations for those who qualify.
