Summary: The Director, Product Management position centers on leading growth-focused strategies for digital products with a strong emphasis on driving revenue for Cosm venues. This role is a cornerstone of the Cosm Product Management team, demanding an accomplished leader with a strong inclination toward data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will excel in fostering collaboration and act as a seamless connector across diverse teams, adeptly navigating complex, growth-focused challenges. Responsibilities: Vision & Roadmap: Define the roadmap for growth features, prioritizing initiatives that align with company goals. Leverage data and analytics to guide decisions on feature development and growth experiments. Identify and influence high-potential improvements across full product suite in partnership with product team members. Analytics & Testing: Collaborate with the data team to evaluate current analytics capabilities and identify improvements. Establish strategies for product testing, including A/B and multivariate testing. Revenue Growth & Focus Areas: Focus on areas directly influencing revenue, such as ticket sales and food and beverage. Product definition and strategy of a dynamic pricing approach to ticketing. Explore opportunities for and collaborate on adjacent product teams on loyalty programs, upsells, and ticket packaging to optimize revenue. Influence the customer lifecycle and execute a clear, data-driven strategy to maximize customer lifetime value (LTV). Leadership & Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing growth product team. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and accountable team culture. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product vision and priorities. Maintain transparency by sharing roadmaps and regular updates with stakeholders. Act as the bridge for stakeholder requests, ensuring clarity on priorities and progress. Communication: Drive organizational understanding of product strategies and progress toward goals. Qualifications: Experience: 10+ years in product management or closely-related field. 5+ years in product leadership, specifically in growth and revenue-oriented roles. Proven track record in app growth, retention strategies, and revenue optimization. Domain Knowledge: Experience in industries like ticketing, eCommerce, food & beverage, or event businesses. Familiarity with loyalty programs, digital ticketing systems, dynamic pricing, and related growth strategies. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in A/B and multivariate testing methodologies. Strong data-driven decision-making skills. Demonstrated ability to build, inspire, and develop top-tier teams. Skilled at working across cross-functional teams and managing diverse stakeholder groups. Exceptional written and verbal communication tailored to various audiences. Strategic thinker with the ability to balance short-term needs and long-term vision. The annualized base salary range for this position in California is $160,000 to $215,000. The base salary offered will factor in internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and relevant experience, among other factors.
