Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for emergency medicine? Join our team in Fort Mohave, AZ, as the Director of Emergency Department and lead our dedicated team of healthcare professionals in providing exceptional emergency care to our community.

JOB TITLE: Director Of Emergency Department

LOCATION: Fort Mohave, AZ

SALARY: $118,000.00 - $147,000.00

SIGNING BONUS: Yes

BONUS DESCRIPTION: $20,000 sign-on bonus and $5,000 Relocation for a 3-year commitment

RELOCATION PACKAGE: Full

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the Emergency Department, including physicians, nurses, and support staff.
• Develop and implement policies, protocols, and quality improvement initiatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient flow, throughput, and satisfaction in the emergency department.
• Monitor departmental performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and outcomes.

Must-Haves:

1.) Bachelors degree Required

2.) Certifications: ACLS required upon hire

3.) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

4.) Arizona Registered Nurse and/or Compact State Registered Nurse Required

Nice-To-Haves:

1.) TNCC Certification preferred

2.) Master's degree preferred

3.) 5 years in ED middle or upper management
