Warehouse Associate:
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with the operation of a warehouse or storeroom; Shipping, receiving, stocking, processing and distributing materials.
ESSENTIAL TASKS
Receive and store all warehouse stock.
Re-stock production line parts and transact in ERP System
Fill orders and ship parts and supplies, all modes including air, truck and parcel.
Regular cycle counting.
Maintain the warehouse in a neat and orderly fashion.
Ensure that all paperwork is properly executed.
Load delivery trucks for disbursement of goods.
Perform minor repairs on furniture, building and/or equipment.
Take required certification to ship dangerous goods.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
General knowledge of storeroom and inventory practices; ability to accurately count and transact inventory movements in Plex; ability to maintain accurate records; ability to operate lift truck and common warehouse equipment; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all associates; ability to communicate clearly through email and in person.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school graduate or equivalent.
One-year warehouse experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Some standing, walking, moving, climbing, carrying, bending, kneeling, crawling, reaching, handling, pushing, and pulling. Lifting up to 40lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential tasks.

**Additional Manager Notes**


**Please note, Manager is looking to pay $30/hr***


Day to day activities include parcel and freight shipping and receiving, communicating with employees of assets that have arrived, working with employees to ship parcel and freight to correct addresses, working with 3rd party warehouse supplier to move assets from warehouse to warehouse, maintain asset file to ensure locations are up to date and answer emails to employees for asset distribution to labs etc.




This role is short term 4-5 weeks with the manager wanting them to become on call after the assignment.


Hour's will be Monday Friday; 7:30am-4:00pm.
