We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Corporate Trainer to join our team on a permanent basis. This role is 75% traveling and 25% REMOTE. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in property management and real estate, who has a knack for identifying performance gaps and implementing training best practices. You will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing training programs for our diverse team of employees. Your expertise in utilizing a variety of training techniques, concepts, and strategies will be crucial in this role. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement training programs that align with the company's objectives and strategies.
2. Identify performance gaps and provide recommendations for training programs to address these gaps.
3. Utilize a variety of training techniques and concepts to deliver effective training programs.
4. Administer training to employees, ensuring that you deliver, project, and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies both in group and individual classroom dynamics.
5. Design, develop, and manage new training materials as necessary to meet the plan’s objectives.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in corporate training and development.
7. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
8. Collaborate with department managers to understand departmental training needs and develop appropriate training programs.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate training role, preferably in the property management or real estate sector.
2. Proven experience in identifying performance gaps and implementing training best practices.
3. Strong knowledge of various training techniques, concepts, and strategies.
4. Excellent ability to deliver, project, and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies both in group and individual classroom dynamics.
5. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
6. Strong organizational and project management skills.
7. Proficiency in creating engaging and effective training materials.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
9. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
10. Relevant professional certifications in training or human resource development would be an advantage.
