Chiropractor Albany OR (1 hr S of Portland)

We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Albany OR. We are looking for a Chiropractor who is passionate about working closely with patients, creating long term relationships with them while providing high-quality, individualized care. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor is a good hands-on adjuster/spinal manipulative- good at diversified style adjusting, is a fantastic communicator, always stives to learn and grow to become a more effective healthcare provider and is willing to meet with other professionals and businesses to help the practice grow.

Duties:
  • Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
  • Take and review/marking Diagnostic imaging/functional X-rays as needed - Performing ranges of motion with Dynarom sEMG.
  • Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
  • Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
  • Patient education as to diagnosis, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications , take-home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
  • Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments Diversified adjusting (primary), activator, arthrostim, Cox flexion-distraction with decompression, various therapies and modalities
  • Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
  • Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
  • Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
  • Increase Practice Capacity- marketing and meeting with other professionals and businesses
  • Clinical and Business Development: Continuously work on improving your clinical and business skills to thrive in the community. Seek opportunities for growth, both personally and professionally, to ensure long-term success in chiropractic practice.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
  • Active Chiropractic license in OR
Schedule:
  • Full time
Compensation (range):
  • Average Associate can expect $75,000 within the first year and up to $150,000 within 3-years.
