About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the development and execution of its global marketing strategy. The CMO will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the company's strategic goals, with a focus on thought leadership and brand positioning in the sustainable infrastructure sector. This role involves driving the development of marketing assets and campaigns to effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's solutions and services, as well as managing a team of marketing professionals across various functions, including omnichannel marketing, events, PR & media, and social media. The successful candidate will also be tasked with leading digital marketing strategies, managing the company's global events and conferences, and overseeing the brand strategy to ensure consistency across all platforms. Applicants for the CMO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, with an MBA being preferred. A minimum of 15 years of experience in B2B/B2B2C marketing, particularly in industries related to energy, sustainability, engineering, or construction, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels and possess strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills. The role also demands excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as the capacity to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The CMO will be expected to implement a set of marketing KPIs to drive key growth initiatives and ensure the effective use of the marketing budget to achieve a strong return on marketing investment.
