Call Center Customer Service Representative – Seasonal
(NOT A REMOTE POSITION)

Responsibilities:
Answers incoming customer service calls.
Provides accurate information on products and advertisements by using correct methods and tools.
Processes orders, transactions and requests though the order entry program.
Resolves customer issues or complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
Accurately documents customer accounts of interactions, inquiries and issues for supervisor review and resolution.
Meets and exceeds customer service standards by handling calls in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
Collaborates with other team members to ensure excellent customer service and a positive work environment.
Participates in staff meetings for daily updates and changes, as well as other meetings, as required.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Requirements:
High School or equivalent required
Customer service experience
Schedule flexibility
Phone etiquette
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Problem solving
Proficiency with typing
Ability to multitask
Call center experience
Must pass Background & Drug Screening.
Shifts: 1st shift start 9am, 2nd shift start 1pm (8hr shifts)
Pay: $17.50/hour
