Job Summary:
The Bookkeeper will manage our financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing processes. The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills and a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency in bookkeeping tasks. This position offers room for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
• Prepare and issue invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist in monthly financial statement preparation.
• Process and reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze financial data and generate reports.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
