About the Role:
As a Bilingual Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the best possible support. You'll be responsible for answering inbound calls regarding coverage and eligibility, providing accurate information while building strong relationships with customers. Your strong customer service skills will be essential in identifying and creating sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow established procedures to assist new and existing customers, delivering service with the highest level of courtesy and professionalism.
Actively listen to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and building rapport.
Recognize and create potential sales opportunities to support the sales team.
Meet established call handling and lead generation metrics consistently.
Conduct outbound calls to explore potential leads.
Qualifications:

At least two years of experience in a customer service call center environment.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. AS400 experience is a plus.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to adapt to various personalities and situations, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
Excellent communication skills and a confident phone presence.
Results-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
