Job Description

We are hiring a Maintenance Technician for immediate needs!  

Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities:

• HVAC EPA Certified is a plus but not required!
• Perform maintenance service requests.  
• Assist in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready.
• Troubleshoot/repair of mechanical, carpentry and electrical problems including appliance repair.
• Responsible for upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings and common areas.

Experience in the apartment industry a plus! Must have a positive attitude and willing to learn.
