We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a 12-month Middle School Secretary. The ideal candidate will be skilled in office administration, demonstrate excellent communication abilities, and have the capacity to handle all tasks with professionalism and confidentiality.


Key Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Docs, and other relevant applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including outstanding phone etiquette
• Positive interpersonal skills with a commitment to fostering a welcoming and supportive environment
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
• Ability to handle all correspondence and sensitive information confidentially

Preferred Experience:

• Prior successful experience in a school setting
• Knowledge and use of Genesis
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
