**Job Description**

The Airport Facility Maintenance Lead is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate completion of all required work and by attaining the utmost in customer satisfaction. In this role you will work, both independently and with a team, to complete all preventative maintenance, service, and repair at the airport.

**Basic Qualifications:**

Must be 18 years of age or older

No high school diploma, GED or college degree required

Must possess a valid, unexpired driver's license

At least one (1) year experience supporting mission critical environments

Self starter and work with minimal supervision and communicate effectively with client

Current electrical/mechanical license preferred

Hands on electrical, plumbing and mechanical skill, and competence in the area of non-expertise

Operate and perform both routine and emergency services on airport facility

Knowledge and experience using basic computer applications

Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working at the airport

**Responsibilities:**

Provide response and support as necessary to maintain the highest level of integrity and availability of building systems and infrastructure efficiency

Monitoring and maintaining all building and mission critical facilities equipment

Operates facility equipment in accordance with policies and procedures

Perform daily/weekly/monthly walk-through of customer facilities in support of customer facing areas and office operations

Perform tests and rounds and analyze the data to ensure proper functioning and operating parameters of equipment

Perform preventive maintenance on all building equipment to ensure efficient operation of all building systems

Prepare necessary reports and documents

Provides technical expertise and assistance

Operates site facility equipment and systems without error to obtain maximum availability

Provides suggestions for continuous improvements in the areas of process improvement and cost reduction savings

Coordinate maintenance with outside vendors and oversee vendor maintenance

Respond to emergency situations and client concerns

Ensure strict adherence to critical facility work rule and safety procedures

Provides training (within their expertise) to other technicians, as required

Encourages, trains and evaluates Apprentices technical and behavioral skills

Manage subcontractors as required ensuring scope compliance and quality of services performed

Ensure compliance with established Methods of Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures

Works overtime as assigned and required

Familiar with all applicable Federal, State, and local rules, codes, and regulations

Interact effectively with client
