Dynamic and growing Troy MI accounting and tax resolution firm in search of administrative executive assistant. Successful candidate should have excellent phone and computer skills. This is a full - time position offering competitive compensation and benefits package.
Job responsibilities and requirements include:
* Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
* Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls, manage calendar and schedule meetings
* Efficient scanning and digital filing and office wide distribution of documents
* Construction and maintenance of client digital files
* Must be proficient in MS Office applications including Word and Excel
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience
* Professional appearance, professional verbal and written communication skills and punctuality is required.
* Supports team by performing tasks accurately and timely.
* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple administrative projects and deadlines simultaneously.
