Job Description: MMR is seeking Administrative Assistant- Prequalifications candidate. The responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Managing the intake, organization, deadline- and document-tracking, distribution, collection and final assembling of application-type paperwork for hundreds of clients, including supporting documentation via traditional and portal/platform formats.
- Providing administrative support of multiple executives, including in-house flight scheduling, boardroom meeting preparation, reception back-up for switchboard including break rotations and lunch ordering.
- Additional travel arrangements as needed for business development executives.
Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proficient with detailed use of Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, and File Explorer.
- Extreme attention to detail while keeping sight of big picture scenarios.
- Ability to effectively prioritize dozens of deadlines per week and work effectively under time pressure.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, organize, problem-solve, and exercise good judgment with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills including a "how can I help" attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible, varying hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Regular and reliable attendance at work.
