AJC Invests is a Family Office with $75M of Real Estate Portfolio. Our main office located in Brickell. We have over 25 years of experience throughout the Miami Dade area; our portfolio consists of over 200 units of Office Building, Retail Center, Apartment Building and Residential Houses. Our success is about buying right and managing right.

We are looking for someone with a proven management track record of leading a team on a day-to-day basis. The responsibilities include general property management, maintenance, Rehab/development supervision , supervising accounting, records, supervising end of year financials and supervising the leasing of all types of commercial real estate. This position requires excellent accounting skills, problem-solving skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with tenants, vendors, insurance compliance, bank reports and regulatory agencies.

The perfect candidate should have least 2 - 5 years of leadership experience in one of the areas of Accounting, Development Project Management, Operations Management or Property Management with a background in Accounting. What we are offering:

• Salary: $92,000 paid biweekly
• Vacation: 3 weeks paid vacation
• Health Benefits: Paid
• Year End Bonus: $30,000
• Total Compensation Package: $130,000
• Hours: 9 am – 6pm
• Monday -Friday

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Engineering required from a University in the United States.
• Graduate Degree preferred not required.
• Must report to the office located in Brickell daily.
• Excellent communication skills.
• The ability to communicate in both English and Spanish
• Have dependable transportation & Proof of Insurance.
• Must have excellent writing skills, communication and follow-up skills
• Friendly demeanor with strong Negotiation Skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to resolve and execute.
• Must be able to solve problems and work independently
• Familiar with general accounting principles
• Must be a US Citizen and bondable
• Credit Check and Background Required
