Accounting Clerk

Location: West Midtown
Pay Range: $25-28/hr

PrideStaff is seeking an Accounting Clerk for our client in West Midtown. The ideal candidate will have an accounting background and assist with processing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger bookkeeping.

Job Responsibilities:
- Process and reconcile daily financial transactions
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable ledgers
- Prepare basic financial reports and statements
- Assist with auditing and annual budget preparations
- Ensure compliance with all accounting rules and regulations
- Provide backup support for front desk

Skills Required:
- Proficiency with accounting software like QuickBooks
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
